Keep trucks working

Preventative maintenance that prevents downtime.

Catch problems in our bay, not on the highway. Our fleet programs cover the routine work that keeps commercial vehicles reliable, compliant and on schedule.

Routine maintenance

Engine oil, filters and lubrication, fluid checks and top-offs, and multi-point safety checks. Also coolant flushes, brake fluid flushes, transmission oil changes, cabin and engine air filters, and fuel filters.

50-point fleet safety inspection

A bumper-to-bumper physical and visual check of suspension, steering, braking, belts, hoses, tires and lighting, to catch issues before they cause a roadside breakdown. Included with any paid preventative fluid or filter service.

Repairs & fabrication

Under-the-hood mechanical repairs, engine diagnostics, electrical repairs, and custom pipe welding and fabrication at our shop, authorized vehicle by vehicle.

What do you need?

Good to know

Fleet questions.

Can you test my trucks on-site at my yard or ranch?

Yes, for heavy-duty diesel. We can come to your yard or ranch to perform CARB Clean Truck Check testing on 2013-and-newer heavy-duty diesel vehicles using OBD data. A travel charge applies per trip. Regular smog checks for cars and light trucks are done at our shop.

Which heavy-duty trucks can you test?

We test heavy-duty diesel and alternative-fuel vehicles over 14,000 lbs GVWR, model year 2013 and newer, using OBD data. Trucks that require a physical opacity (smoke meter) test are not part of our service.

Can you smog my regular fleet vehicles?

Yes. We perform state-certified BAR smog checks for eligible gasoline, hybrid, alternative-fuel and diesel vehicles rated 14,000 lbs GVWR or less. These are done at our shop at 315 High St., Delano.

How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?

Fleet accounts start at 2 vehicles. We have three levels: 2 to 4 vehicles, 5 to 10 vehicles, and 11 or more, with volume discounts that grow with fleet size.

How does fleet billing work?

Fleet accounts are billed on Net 30 terms, with statements and invoices sent digitally. You can pay by business check, ACH, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, with a card or ACH authorization kept on file.

Is a passing result guaranteed?

No. We test and submit results strictly according to BAR and CARB rules, and performing a test does not guarantee a pass. Our 50-point inspection and preventative maintenance help catch problems before test day.
